We will be staying at the Plaza Beach & Dive Resort. Vacation at Bonaire means enjoying the sun at our pearly white beach or at our wonderful swimming pool. But also diving, snorkeling or discovering the island with a car or scooter. Vacation on Bonaire also means watching a movie under the starry sky or enjoying a wellness treatment. At Plaza Beach Resort everything is at your disposal.
Diving
On average, while diving in Bonaire, the visibility exceeds 100 feet (30 meters) and average water temperature is 80 degrees Fahrenheit (29c). The fringing reef begins close to the shore, usually a short 30 feet (10 meters) swim or less, making Bonaire world renowned for its ease of shore diving.
We will be doing 6 days of two tank boat dives and unlimited shore diving. We will be doing dives such as One Thousand Steps, Alice In Wonderland, Bari Reef, Hilma Hooker, Karpata, Andrea 1 & 2, plus many more!
Bonaire’s marine life is plentiful! Some of the highlights are seahorses, frogfish, eels, and tarpon.
