July 12th Fun Dive  – Sleepy Hollow in Mangan Pit

A great site, and  has something for everyone. If this is dive number 5 in your log book, there are many options for seeing fish, and experiencing the mine pits. For those who are more experienced, with slow air consumption, a loop around the larger portion of Mangan at 30 feet will bring a varity of walls, trees, beaver cuttings, and standing forests.

Just up the road from the Aquaventure classic dive site at lake Louise. The parking spots are unlimited, and anyone can make it in. Meet at Dairy Queen in Ironton at 11:00am. There is enough to see going right and left to bring 2 tanks! We’ll provide the evening campfire and marshmallows! May want to consider bringing sun protection and extra water as shade is moderately limited.
